Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

At VeroLux, we design our smart wellness mirror to deliver accurate insights, seamless technology, and a trustworthy experience. If your product doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their VeroLux device. To qualify:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories
  • The thermography features and magnification components must not show signs of misuse or damage
  • The device must not have been altered, rooted, or modified.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplement recommendations or consumables
  • Personalized digital content stored on the device
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or unauthorized repairs

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will issue a prepaid return label.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Device malfunction
  • Incorrect item received
  • Verified defects in hardware performance or software functionality

5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective units
  • Devices experiencing issues with connectivity, sensor accuracy, or display quality

If the exact model is unavailable, a replacement of equal or greater value will be offered.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

Ordering Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

We offer:

  • Standard shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited shipping (2-3 business days)
  • Priority shipping (1-2 business days)

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Countries within restricted import regulations for health-tech devices

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact our Support Team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. WARRANTY COVERAGE

VeroLux includes a one-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty thermographic imaging
  • Malfunctioning adjustable magnification
  • Software failures not caused by third-party interference

Warranty does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic wear, or unauthorized repairs.

8. DATA & PRIVACY PROTECTION
